Leib

Of the restaurants serving new Estonian cuisine, Leib (Bread in English) is the one with the clearest profile. Raw ingredients that are local, mostly from farms and small producers; no unnecessarily whimsical cuisine here, but still inventive and always surprising. The beverage card is a sight to behold. It includes everything: the best local wines, organic and biodynamic wines, as well as a selection of beers and ciders. In the winter, the Leib is filled with a pleasant buzz, but it becomes mysteriously beautiful when it moves outdoors in the summer, into a yard of wonders hidden among the Old Town walls.
