CRU Savouring Estonia - tipprestoranidest tänavatoiduni
The head chef at Cru, which has been among the best restaurants in Estonia for years, is Dmitri Haljukov, who is known as a successful representative of Estonian cooking culture at the worlds most important competition for professional chefs. In 2015, Dmitri Haljukov placed 14th in the Bocuse dOr, which is called the world championships of cooking. With his own restaurant, Haljukov has been able to bring a local clientele back to Viru Street, which is the main artery of the tourism area the Crus clientele is comprised almost equally of the local citizenry and tourists.
